Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Strength, Dignity + Curls, appointments are reserved just for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, please review the following:
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% of service total.
• No-shows = 100% charge of service total.
• More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a cancellation.
• Fees must be paid before rebooking.
